Glow-Gone" is a series that reflects a time when nature is gradually being replaced by an increasing number of artificial creations.

This work, resembling the trunk of a luminous tree, is slowly being engulfed by synthetic material. This material alters the colors within the wood and covers the outer shape, mimicking bark. Almost entirely replaced by the synthetic material.

Exploration

Begins with researching materials, particularly wood—both natural and composite. Experimenting with combining wood and other materials.

The test piece, with heated plastic sheets on the surface of wood, conveys the sense of attempting to replicate or replace something from nature with something artificial.
